A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by three boys inside a moving car in Delhi, police said today.

The accused first kidnapped the minor girl from near her home and then carried out this crime after intoxicating the girl with alcohol.

As per reports, from Vasant Vihar in south Delhi to Ghaziabad in neighboring Uttar Pradesh, the accused men drove the car for around 44 kilometres without being noticed.

They turned the car around as they drove from Delhi to Ghaziabad, raping her one by one.

According to the victim, she studies in class 10.

She visited her friend’s home in Motibagh on July 6. Near the Vasant village market on the way back at night, she met two boys who invited her along while pretending to be out exploring.

They then called their third friend with a WagonR and commited the crime.

Additionally, these three boys filmmed the crime.

The victim girl went to Vasant Vihar police station and filed a police report describing what had happened.

Following that police began searching for the suspect right away.

The IPC sections 323/354/342/376D/377/506/363 and 6/8 POCSO Act have been invoked by Vasant Vihar Police in a case that has been filed.

All the three accused are now in custody of the police.
