With no end to the rise in crimes against women and especially minors, an incident of alleged sexual assault of a minor has come to light.
The incident has been reported from Chenikuthi area of Assam’s capital city Guwahati, where a 10-year old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a security guard of the apartment she was staying at.
Meanwhile, Police have arrested the accused identified as Rabindra Phukan.
