One more case of COVID-19 have been reported in Meghalaya on Thursday, taking the overall tally in the state to 21.
The person is in Tura and is currently under quarantine. The Covid positive patient has travel history to Haryana.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma tweeted, “Another person who had travelled from Haryana has turned out positive. Person is in Tura and under quarantine.”
(Total cases : 21, Recovered : 12, deceased :1, active cases : 8)
Earlier on Tuesday, five persons tested positive for coronavirus. The total number of active cases in the state has risen to 8.
