Meghalaya: NPP MLA Rupert Momin bats for introducing inland waterway in Garo Hills

NPP MLA from Meghalaya's Kharkutta constituency, Rupert Momin has pitched for boosting trade and commerce by means of inland water transport.
Speaking in terms of the East Garo Hills, Momin said that the potential of the largest river in Garo Hills, the Singsang river can be fully tapped for this purpose.
