The Meghalaya government is all set to release the salaries of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan teachers for the period of October 2021 to February 2022.
This was decided after a meeting was held between the leaders of the Meghalaya SSA Teachers’ Association and state education minister, Lahkmen Rymbui. The first instalment would see the release of the salaries for the months of October and November. The second instalment of the salaries will be released once funds arrive from the centre.
