As many as 693 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of active cases in the country over 4,000.
Of the total 4,067 active cases in the country, 1,445 cases are related to the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi.
Meanwhile, the death toll in the country has climbed to 109.
