Manipur Violence: Assam-Manipur border Sealed
The inter-state border along Assam’s Cachar district and Manipur’s Jiribam district has been completely sealed in response to intelligence reports of potential disturbances has been sealed completely. Assam Police commandos and police battalion units have been deployed along the interstate border to bolster security and prevent any attempt to create unrest.
