Manipur varsity VC in-charge asks AP Pandey to return all assets

Barely a week after the 2-member Independent Enquiry Committee conducted its sitting to discuss on the allegations levelled by the Manipur University community against Prof Adya Prasad Pandey.
Vice Chancellor In-charge W Vishwanath Singh, yesterday, wrote a letter to AP Pandey asking him to return all the University assets that he possesses.
Singh in his letter mentioned that during the enquiry process, Pandey is not entitled to possess any of the University properties such as vehicles, computer sets and office documents.
He further requested Pandey to hand over the email ID and password of the VC’s office.
