Manipur: NPP MLA Noorul Hassan To Challenge WAQF Act in SC
NPP legislator from Kshetrigao Assembly Constituency, Noorul Hassan has expressed his intention to file a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the WAQF Act. Speaking to the media at his residence in Kshetrigao, Imphal East, Hassan stated that the WAQF Amendment Act passed by Parliament last week violated Article 26 and fundamental rights of minorities.
