Manipur: Judicial custody for MNPF rebel Ningkhan

Machukring Zamshim Shimray @ Ningkhan was arrested by combined team of Imphal East commando, NIA & 4 Assam Rifles on November.

Special Judge NIA Manipur today remanded Self-styled corporal of Manipur Naga People’s Front (MNPF) into judicial custody in connection with his alleged involvement in the ambush on Assam Rifles at Sialsih village on November 13, 2021.

Machukring Zamshim Shimray @ Ningkhan was arrested by combined team of Imphal East commando, NIA Imphal Branch and 4 Assam Rifles on November.

He was produced before the court after the completion of 10 days NIA custody.
