Manipur Minister Says Army Should Take Full Responsibility of L Kamalbabu’s Disappearance

Manipur Social Welfare Minister, Heikham Dingo Singh who is also the local MLA of the area where Military Contractor Laishram Kamalbabu went missing from, has weighted down the onus on the Indian Army for the disappearance of the Meitei Man. Speaking to the Media Minister Dingo Singh said the army should take full responsibility for the incident, as it occurred within their camp. He added army areas are supposed to be secure, but what happened inside the campus was unfortunate.
