Manipur: IDPs reluctant to shift to pre-fabricated houses

Despite Manipur government’s effort to provide shelter to internally displaced people, the crisis continues. The government’s bid to shift the people displaced by the unrest to pre-fabricated houses, many of the IDPs have resisted the move.
