Manipur: IDPs reluctant to shift to pre-fabricated houses

They want to go back to their own houses at the earliest

Despite Manipur government’s effort to provide shelter to internally displaced people, the crisis continues. The government’s bid to shift the people displaced by the unrest to pre-fabricated houses, many of the IDPs have resisted the move. People displaced from Moreh and even Kakching are reluctant to move to the pre-fabricated houses and want to go back to their own houses at the earliest. Watch this exclusive report…
