Manipur begins preparations for Sangai Festival 2022

This was announced by CM N Biren Singh while interacting with the media on the sidelines of flagging off of newly purchased 11 fire fighting vehicle.
As the State begins preparations for the Sangai Festival, 2022 after a gap of two years, the Manipur government has invited President Droupadi Murmu to inaugurate the festival.
This was announced by Chief Minister N Biren Singh while interacting with the media on the sidelines of flagging off of newly purchased 11 fire fighting vehicles in Imphal today.
CM N Biren Singh stated that construction of the ethnic park will be completed by October and arrangement at the main venue, Keibul Lamjao in Bishnupur is currently underway.
Meanwhile, the fire fighting vehicles including 2 water bowsers, and 9 foam and carbon dioxide crash tender vehicles were recently bought to modernize and upgrade the fire department.
CM N Biren Singh exuded confidence that the vehicles will help the firefighters in putting out fires and in saving human lives and properties.
