The ethics and privileges committee of Manipur Assembly has issued a show cause notice to the 10 Kuki-Chin MLAs who had demanded a separate administration. They have to submit their response by June 16. The committee has charged the MLAs of violating the ethics and privileges of the Manipur Assembly by demanding a separate administration meaning they are demanding fragmentation or dismemberment of the state of Manipur.
