Two youths who were abducted by suspected Kuki rebels after straying into Keithelmanbi in Kangpokpi district have been safely released this morning. As per inputs, the two abducted youths were safely released and handed over by COTU to SP Kangpokpi District Police. They will subsequently be transferred to Imphal West District Police. After extensive discussions with the Government of Manipur, led by DGP Manipur, the leaders of COTU facilitated the release of Thokchom Thoithoiba and Oinam Thoithoi.
