Man shot dead by unknown miscreants in Assam’s Bokajan

An incident of firing has been reported from Assam’s Bokajan, where a small time businessman has been shot dead by unknown miscreants.

The deceased person has been identified as Mool Singh Rathore. Another person has been injured in the firing incident.

The incident took place on late Sunday night when a group of 8 to 9 miscreants armed with weapons barged into the house of Rathore with the intention of looting.

Following which the group fired upon the family that injured Rathore and one more person.
However, Rathore died on his way to the hospital.
