Kuki-Zo Leaders Declare Three Preconditions for Cessation of Hostilities In a significant development, Kuki-Zo leaders in Manipur’s Kangpokpi District has today, set three preconditions which according to the leaders are non-negotiable, for any cessation of hostilities. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs has scheduled talks between the warring Kuki-Zo and Meitei communities on April 5 in the National Capital.
