Konyak Baptist church Kohima organises one-day sports cum outdoor fellowship to bid adieu to 2022

The Konyak church Kohima in Nagaland organised a one-day sports cum outdoor fellowship for men, women and children of all ages at IG stadium on December 29 to wrap up 2022.


The inaugural ceremony of the programme was attended by A Konang Bangmei, Children’s Associate Pastor while Z Mankup, Youth Associate Pastor attended the event’s closing ceremony.

The sports events featured 100m and 200m races, eating and sweet eating competitions, and more.

There were three-legged races, penalty shootouts, tugs of war, caterpillar, spoon, and plate races for both men and women.
While children enjoyed plate, sack, and spoon races as well as obstacle course races organised for them.

Football matches were played between following fellowships: Agriculture/Forest/Jail/Para-Medical andJotsoma VS. Lerie fellowship, Main Church fellowship Vs. New Capital fellowship and Northern fellowship Vs. AG & Minister’s Hill fellowship.
Lerie Fellowship won the football match.
On the day itself, Prizes were given to the winners of a one-day sports cum outdoor fellowship event.
