It was a field day for Hosts Assam on Day 5 of the 3rd edition of the mega sporting spectacle as Akshay Boro shone in the 200 meter dash.

Akshay Boro bagged Silver in the 200 meters run under-17 category in the ongoing Khelo India Youth Games 2020 doing the hosts proud.

Assam’s medal tally in the Khelo India Games thus far is placed 17th with 18 medals added to their kitty which includes 3 Gold,7 Silver and 8 Bronze.

Maharashtra leads the medal tally with a daunting 107 medals thus far. Harayana, meanwhile is placed second in the standings with 67 medals under their belt.
