Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Remo D’Souza Receive Death Threats; Police Register FIRs

The police have launched a full-scale investigation into these cases and are working to trace the origin of these threats.
Comedian Kapil Sharma has reportedly received death threats, targeting him, his family, relatives, and neighbors, police officials confirmed on Thursday. Similar threats were also sent to actor Rajpal Yadav and choreographer Remo D’Souza.
The Amboli Police have registered an FIR against an unknown individual for sending a threatening email to Bollywood choreographer Remo D’Souza. A similar FIR has been filed by actor Rajpal Yadav after he received similar threats.
According to a report by the Times of India, the police stated that both Kapil Sharma and Rajpal Yadav received these threatening emails, which were signed off by someone using the name “BISHNU,” though distinct from the Bishnoi community. Preliminary investigations indicate that the email may have originated from Pakistan.
In a separate incident, actress Sugandha Mishra has also registered a non-cognizable complaint at the Oshiwara Police Station after receiving similar threats.
The police have launched a full-scale investigation into these cases and are working to trace the origin of these threats.
