Joint team of Imphal West Police and Assam Rifles have arrested 4 persons in connection with the Catholic School IED plantation in Imphal’s Canchipur.
All the four arrested persons belong to the Kangleipak Communist Party – People’s War Group.
A major disaster was averted in Manipur’s Imphal on the morning of February 14, after an IED was was detected outside a school at Canchipur in Imphal West near Manipur University, which was later defused by the security agencies.
