At a time when the row over the unauthorised eviction drive carried out by the pressure groups Hynniewtrp Youth Council continues to escalate in the state, president of the organisation has made a sensational claim. Speaking to Northeast Live HYC president Roykupar Synrem said that the Lum Survey area where the eviction was carried out had become the epicentre of drugs supply as far as Shillong is concerned.
