HSLC Question Paper Leak: Assam CM directs SEBA to cancel HSLC examination in Cachar’s Gonigram Higher Secondary School

The HSLC examination has been canceled at examination centres in Assam’s Cachar district after the mass cheating case has been reported.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has expressed serious concern over the leak of the HSLC question paper at Gonigram Higher Secondary School in the Cachar district. CM Sarma has ordered the cancellation of the HSLC examination at the Gonigram Higher Secondary School examination center and said that a special examination will be conducted for the students in the future.

Moreover, CM Sarma also said that exams will be cancelled at all centers where cases of question paper leak and cheating come to the fore.

Meanwhile, CM Sarma has summoned SEBA Services Secretary Nar Narayan Nath after the recent Mathematics question paper went viral on social media.

Speaking on the matter of the question paper leak, SEBA Services Secretary Nar Narayan Nath said “After receiving the information of the question paper leak in Gonigram Higher Secondary School examination centre we immediately informed the higher authorities, and we will also ensure that every necessary steps need to be taken.
