Are vulnerable girls from the Northeast being lured to big cities with false promises? A raid on a spa in Mumbai has raised big questions.
Police have busted a high profile sex racket from Andheri in Mumbai following the raid on a spa centre.
As many as 7 girls from the Northeast were rescued from the spa. Among the 7, 4 girls from Manipur, 2 from Mizoram and 1 from Meghalaya. Besides this, 2 more girls, 1 from Kolkata and the other from Lucknow were rescued from the spa centre.

While the owner of the spa is absconding, the manager has been arrested. A manhunt has been launched to nab the owner of the spa.
Police suspect that many big names may be involved in the racket.
Meanwhile, the arrested Spa manager has been identified as Chandrakant alias Bunty, while the absconding spa owner has been identified as Atul Dhivar.

As per the police, the sex racket business was going on under the guise of a spa centre.

The Social Service Branch of the Crime Branch raided the spa centre named “Revival Wellness”, which was running a high profile sex racket under the guise of a massage spa in Andheri West.

During investigation, the police came to know that in the absence of the main accused Atul Dhiwar, his brother Harshad Dhiwar was handling the affairs of the spa.
