Gauhati University Students Stage Protest Over Alleged Misbehavior by Exam Controller
Protests broke out at the premises of the Gauhati University last evening as students raised slogans and staged demonstration in front of the Vice Chancellor’s office. The students raised slogans against examination controller Dr Kandarpa Sarma alleging that he misbehaved with students. The protest was carried out by the PG Students Union and the Law College Students Union. The protesting students demanded that Kandarpa Sarma be removed from his post.
