Former Chief Minister Nabam Tuki has been appointed as the new Congress Chief in Arunachal Pradesh.

The development comes following the party’s poor show in the recent Assembly elections in the State, where the party managed to win only 4 seats out of 60. This will be the 4th time that Nabam Tuki will be heading the Congress in the State.

Meanwhile, Lombo Tayeng has been appointed as the CLP leader in the Arunachal Assembly.
