A part of Assam has turned into mini Russia as fans gather for the kick off of FIFA World Cup 2018.
Fans have gathered at the residence of Putul Bora at Diphu. Bora has created a mini stadium for the world cup.
Meanwhile, before inaugurating the stadium, tributes were paid to Nilotpal Das and Abhijeet Nath who lost their lives in the recent mob lynching incident in Karbi Anglong.
