Easter is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than by making your own chocolate eggs and sweets? Not only is it a fun and creative activity, but homemade treats also add a personal touch to your Easter festivities. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create delicious DIY Easter candy that will delight friends, family, and guests.

Homemade Chocolate Easter Eggs
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring in between. Once melted, stir in the coconut oil to make the chocolate extra smooth and glossy. Pour the melted chocolate into Easter egg moulds. Refrigerate the moulds for 1-2 hours. Once set, carefully remove the eggs from the moulds and decorate them with colourful sprinkles, icing, or even edible glitter.

Chocolate-Covered Easter Berries
Using the same method as above, melt the chocolate and dip each berry into the melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle the berries with festive decorations like rainbow sprinkles or crushed nuts. Lay the dipped berries on parchment paper and let them cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Once set, enjoy a delicious and fruity chocolate treat that’s perfect for Easter!

DIY Easter Lollipops
Melt your choice of chocolate until smooth. Place lollipop sticks into moulds or lay them flat on parchment paper. Spoon the melted chocolate onto the moulds, smoothing it out to form a round shape around the stick. Top with sprinkles, candy pieces, or even mini marshmallows for added texture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until completely firm. Once set, gently remove the lollipops from the moulds, and you’ve got adorable, edible Easter decorations!
