It is indeed a proud moment for Assam as Dhritiman Talukdar from Guwahati is all set to bring home India’s biggest men’s pageant award, the Rubaru Mr. India 2022 title as he makes his way into the finalists for the event scheduled for October this year.
The 32-year-old is Assam’s sole representative this time.
Dhritiman is currently working in PayPal (US-based MNC) as a risk operations analyst and a model by profession and hobby.
Dhritiman informed that he feels honored and privileged to represent Assam at India’s biggest male pageant Rubaru Mr. India 2022.
He stated that being the lone representative of the state puts a huge responsibility on his shoulders, but he is hopeful that he will give his best and bring the title back home after 4 years.

Dhritiman obtained a bachelor’s in computer science and engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
He is also the winner of the “12th Malestorm, 2021” which is the oldest male pageant in Assam and North-East.
Dhritiman also walked for Blenders Pride Fashion Night, a fashion tour held in Guwahati at the majestic Taj Vivanta in June this year.
It may be mentioned that Chennai will host this year’s Rubaru Mr. India competition.
The prestigious competition’s national finals will be held on October 5, 2022, at the Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park hotel.
Candidates from across India will travel to Chennai to compete for the coveted title of Mr. India 2022.
