Delhi Man Found Dead in Guwahati Hotel Room

Police rushed to the spot and sent the body to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem examination.
The body of a man from Delhi was found inside a hotel room in the Paltan Bazar area of Guwahati. The deceased has been identified as Anil Kumar, a regular visitor to the city for work-related purposes.
Kumar had checked into Room No. 122 at Hotel Ambassador on the night of November 26, as per hotel records. He had reportedly been staying at the same hotel during his visits to Guwahati over the past four years.
Hotel staff believe the death may have occurred on Thursday night. Upon being alerted, Paltan Bazar Police rushed to the spot and sent the body to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem examination.
The police have started investigation to determine the cause of death.
