There are strong indications that Prime Minister Modi may announce the extension of lockdown till April 30th.
The same has been almost confirmed by the likes of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who tweeted that the Prime Minister has taken a correct decision to extend the lockdown.
This comes after PM Modi and chief ministers of various states met over a video conference call on Saturday.
PM has taken correct decision to extend lockdown. Today, India’s position is better than many developed countries because we started lockdown early. If it is stopped now, all gains would be lost. To consolidate, it is imp to extend it: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. pic.twitter.com/ji5kR1nMeu
