Concern over illegal immigration: Meghalaya CM

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has expressed his concerns over the issue of illegal immigration in the state.
Speaking to Northeast Live, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said the state Government have continuously pressured the Centre to address the issue be it implementation of ILP or Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Act. Sangma said he cannot reply why despite several attempts Centre is still examining the ILP and MRSSA.
