Assam Legislative Assembly Speaker Hitendra Nath Goswami along with his wife were injured after the vehicle they were travelling in was hit by a goods carrying vehicle.
The accident took place at Dadhora in Dergaon of Jorhat district. The Speaker was returning to Guwahati from his hometown.
