Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar is currently being questioned by the CBI at its Shillong headquarters in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam.
Rajeev Kumar’s interrogation started at around 11 am this morning. He is being questioned by a team of 10 CBI officials. As per sources, a 22-page questionnaire has been prepared by the CBI to probe Mamata’s top cop.
The Supreme Court directed Rajeev Kumar to appear before the CBI at Shillong and faithfully cooperate in the investigation. Kumar is accompanied by three IPS officers of the Kolkata Police.
