Reacting fast to the incident yesterday in Batadrawa where an angry mob attacked and burnt down a police station, authorities today carried out an eviction drive at the Salanbari village where most of the attackers hail from. Bulldozers and excavator machines were seen rolling in Salanbari today as houses of the attackers were bulldozed by the authorities. The houses of Majibur Rahman, Safikul Islam and Iman Ali were bulldozed today by the authorities during the eviction drive.
