Four fresh cases of COVID-19 have been reported from Guwahati on Thursday.

The total number of positive coronavirus cases in Assam now stands at 53.

While three patients are from Guwahati, one had come from outside Assam and was in home quarantine.

Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “4 persons in Guwahati test #COVID19 + One of them have come from outside Assam, and is in hone quarantine,while 3 are from Guwahati.”

#COVID19 patients in Assam now stands at 53.

  • Active cases 18
  • Discharged 34
  • Death 1

Earlier today, four more patients had tested positive for Coronavirus in Assam.
