The Congress has received a major blow in poll-bound Arunachal Pradesh with Social Activist and General Secretary of All India Mahila Congress, Jarjum Ete quitting the Congress over what she termed as the prevailing uncertainty in finalisation of candidate for the Arunachal West Parliamentary constituency.
Vying for the party ticket for the constituency, the Mahila Congress General Secretary accused the party of not rising to the occasion to wrest the seat from the BJP.
