Ahead of the crucial 2019 general elections, BJP President Amit Shah arrived in Imphal today. The BJP President is on a two-day visit to Manipur to chair the ‘Lok-Sabha Toli Beithak’ for the northeast states which began this afternoon in Imphal.
Important national leaders of the BJP including Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers of BJP ruled state in the northeast also arrived in Imphal to attend the brainstorming sessions to execute strategies for the 2019 election and to pave way for a Congress Free India.
Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, Manipur Chief Minister Biren Singh, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, NEDA Convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma are all said to be present at this crucial meeting. Besides the Chief Ministers, all Legislators, Parliamentarians, and Ministers have also arrived in the state to attend the meeting.
According to our reports, Amit Shah has finished conducting the meetings with the chief ministers of the three northeastern states as of now, that is Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and Mizoram. Manipur being the host will be the last to conduct a meet with the national party President.
