Bangladeshi citizen held with gold biscuits worth Rs 19 lakh at Agartala airport

A Bangladeshi citizen has been detained at Agartala airport with gold biscuits worth Rs 19 lakh. The arrested has been identified as Mohammed Nizam Uddin aged 38. As per reports,

A Bangladeshi citizen has been detained at Agartala airport with gold biscuits worth Rs 19 lakh. The arrested has been identified as Mohammed Nizam Uddin aged 38.

As per reports, he was travelling to Kolkata on Monday afternoon and it was during a security check that a CISF personnel detected gold hidden underneath his shirt.

A total of 6 biscuits have been recovered and as I have mentioned earlier, they’re worth Rs 19 Lakh.
