Ace wrestler, Monoj Leen Debnath of Assam will represent India in the 40th World Arm Wrestling Championship to be held in Turkey. Monoj who hails from Dibrugarh in Assam is
Ace wrestler, Monoj Leen Debnath of Assam will represent India in the 40th World Arm Wrestling Championship to be held in Turkey.
Monoj who hails from Dibrugarh in Assam is ranked 4th in Asian rankings and 6th at the world rankings.
Monoj has won gold in both right and left arm challenges at the 40th National Arm-Wrestling Championship which was held in Delhi last year.
He secured 6th position in 55 kg senior men’s category at the 38th edition of the World Arm-wrestling.
