Assam University Convocation: 3500 degrees conferred
The 3-day, 19th Convocation programme of Assam University in Silchar got underway yesterday. 3500 degrees were given away by the Central University. It also conferred conferred D.Litt. and D.Sc. titles
The 3-day, 19th Convocation programme of Assam University in Silchar got underway yesterday. 3500 degrees were given away by the Central University. It also conferred conferred D.Litt. and D.Sc. titles to two eminent personalities Swami Atmapriyananda and Dr. Lakhan Das. Eminent water conservationist who is famed as the Waterman of India, Dr. Rajendra Singh was also a part of the convocation programme.
