The ULFA-Independent cadre has been described an over ground worker and is identified as Ranjit Gogoi hailing from Bosagaon in Sadiya. A team of Tinsukia Police arrested the ULFA-I over ground worker from Bengaluru with the help of the Bengaluru Police.
