Assam students Tanmayee Parashar and Siya Das have landed at Guwahati’s LGBI airport. Tanmayee and Siya were among the 219 passengers who arrived in Mumbai from Ukraine last night.
Both Tanmayee and Siya have expressed their gratitude towards Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma as well as the Centre for ensuring the safe return of the stranded Indians.

Earlier, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared the heart-warming news of Tanmayee and Siya’s evacuation and assured that the government would ensure paramount assistance to such students.
Chief Minister Sarma, while acknowledging the efforts of the government, informed that Assam Bhawans in Delhi and Mumbai are working overtime for the evacuated students.
