Another shocking incident of mob attack has surfaced up in Assam’s Biswanath district where a group of four persons were brutally thrashed by an irate mob.

The brutal assault that took place near the Dipolunga tea estate led to the death of a 50 year old, the victim has been identified as  Deben Rajbangshi.

The three other who were severely injured in the incident has been identified as Fulchand Sahu, Bijay nayak and Pujen Rajbangshi.

It may mentioned that the victims were beaten up on mere suspicions of cow lifter and had gone to the village to buy pigs.

Meanwhile the police have begun probe into the matter and has launched a manhunt to nab those behind the incident.

However, this latest incident of mob lynching has once again raised concern over preventing such incidents.
