Mansi Saikia, an 18-year-old, second-year student of Raha College in Amtala, Nagaon, is missing since Tuesday. She went missing after she left for college from home.
Despite her family’s best efforts to locate her, Mansi remains untraceable for three days now. The worried family has filed a missing person’s report at the Nagaon police station.
Manasi Saikia’s mother expressed distress, and said, “My daughter went to college and she did not come back home after college. We have searched for her, but we could not find her till now. We also informed the police.”
Another family member added, “On Tuesday, my niece went to college, and as of now, we have not received any news of her whereabouts.”
The family is hoping for the safe return of Mansi.
