Assam: Man stabs wife to death over family feud

A man allegedly stabbed his wife to death over a family dispute in Assam’s Golaghat district.

The incident has been reported from Dalmora area of Bokakhat unedr Golaghat district.

The accused person has been identified as Mahesh Orang.

As per inputs, Mahesh Ornag has two wives. They often engage in fights. Today was just another day when Mahesh and one of his wives (Bhanimai Orang) engaged in a fight and Mahesh, in a fit of rage, stabbed Bhanimai with a sharp object killing her on the spot.

On recieving information about the incident police rushed to the incident site and arrested Mahesh and launched an investigation into the matter.
