Assam: Horse-Cart Puller Dies on the Spot in Accident Due to Fog

Preliminary reports suggest that poor visibility caused by heavy fog may have been a major factor in the accident.

In a tragic accident that occurred late last night in Assam’s Dhubri district, one person lost his life, and another was seriously injured.

The incident took place at Chapar when a speeding vehicle collided with a horse-driven cart.

The horse cart owner, identified as Amir Hussain, died on the spot due to the impact of the collision.

The driver of the car, who sustained severe injuries, has been admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Preliminary reports suggest that poor visibility caused by heavy fog may have been a major factor in the accident.

The authorities are conducting further investigations to determine the exact cause of the collision.
