Assam govt offices to reopen from April 21

All government offices in Assam will reopen from April 21. However, certain guidelines will have to be followed by the employees in this regard.

Hundred percent officials from Deputy Secretary level and superior will be required to attend office.

The attendance of the First, Second, Third and Fourth Grade employees will depend on the decision of the departmental heads.

Attendance of OSDs to ministers and top officials are compulsory. Besides, it is mandatory for employees to cover their faces with masks and will have to maintain social distancing stringently.

Meanwhile, the deputy commissioners of each district will take a call on the functioning of offices in their respective jurisdictions.
