Assam Flood Crisis |The flood situation in Assam has shown marginal improvement. This was informed by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma who is constantly monitoring the situation. CM Sarma said that concerned authorities are working round the clock to restore road communication in landslide and flood-affected areas. Besides, food items are being airlifted to different areas as part of relief measures.
